Stable Servo Feeder: The step of sheet feeding is changeable to meet the punching requirements. It consists of one pair of pinch rollers which is controlled by servo motor. Feeding roller material: GCr15, hardness HRC55-60. It has high feeding precision and work smoothly.
High Efficiency Punching device: It adopts hydraulic punching with good rigidity. With manually install the punch mould, very easy for operation. Punching die material: Cr12MoV (HRC 58-62)
High Precision Roll Forming Unit: The roll former consists of frame base and forming frame. The frame base adopts welding structure with good rigidity. The roller adopts GCr15 with quenching treatment.
