Work flow
Decoiling → Leveling → Punching → Cutting → Roll Forming → Plate to Support Table

Function: feed coil feet to punching press step by step
Feeding roller material: 9Gr2Mo(or GGr15), hardness HRC 55-60.
Feeding length can be set by operator, and several groups of length data can be input into the controller. Feeding precision is ±High Efficiency Punching device
